GOVERNMENT OFFICES:
Fletcher Town Hall - Fletcher, North Carolina
25,000-square-foot building housing the town’s police department, the town’s administration, planning and zoning departments,
and parks and recreation department.
PARKS / COMMUNITY CENTERS:
City of Wilton Manors Parks
Four (4) Parks projects (Colohatchee Park; Donn Eisele Park; Hagen Park;
and Island City Park Preserve). in the City of Wilton Manors consisting
of new community centers, boardwalk replace and new designs, passive
park settings, multipurpose courts, canoe launches and docks.

PUBLIC WORKS:
Deerfield Beach Maintenance Facility
New construction for tennis pro-shop/office and maintenance building
Deerfield Beach’s Pioneer Park and Tennis Courts.
Deerfield Beach Public Works Facility
Administration and maintenance building totaling 30,000 square feet
on a new 20-acre site. Site incorporates recycling and fueling stations.
Miami Shores Village Police Department
Renovations, remodeling and re-roofing of an 8,000 square foot office
building to create a new facility for the Miami Shores Police Department.
Plantation Fire Station
Complete renovations, remodeling of City Fire Department and new construction
of 2 story Fire Administrative Office Building.
Sunrise Public Safety Complex
New space, additions, renovation, re-roofing: 43,000 square feet.
Re-skinning exterior of building: 190,000 square feet. Original drivet
system building, converted from an office facility to headquarters
for the City of Sunrise Police and Rescue Departments required major
repairs. In addition to weatherproofing and installation of new roof
and siding, the project required the technical design and construction
of two new forensic laboratories, general renovations and refurbishing.
SCHOOL:
Plantation Fire Station
$3 Million; 35,000 square foot major addition and renovation.
Lloyd Estates Elementary School
$2.6 Million, 17,000 square foot classroom addition.
Miami Lakes Middle School
$1.6 Million 9,000 square foot addition to this public middle school
in Miami. Construction is just about finished.
Tropical Elementary School
$2.6 Million, 14,000 square foot classroom, music room and art room
addition as well as a new media center at this special needs public
school in Miami.
